PPL Helpdesk (Platform support)

The PPL Helpdesk is open 8am-8pm GMT Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).  We can help you with the platform during the placing process either over the phone or via email.

If you have general enquiries on events, on-boarding, usability, etc., please email PPLEnquiries@lloyds.com and we will help you.
