Central Services Refresh Programme (CSRP) is continuing to improve access to the London Market by offering brokers the facility to make claims submissions using global standard messaging and is scheduled for go-live in March 2017.
In May 2017, this claims facility will be improved further so that it can be used to process claims where the premium or first claims advice was not submitted through the new channel.
Brokers and service companies can submit premiums electronically through the online portal launched in Q4 2016. The facility will be extended to claims submissions in Q1 2017.
CSRP is working closely with brokers and software houses to help them to be ready to submit to the new channel through either their own software or the online portal.
